Haircuts for kids

Do you cut your childs hair or go to a salon/barber?
I took my son to a barber for his first haircut and he did horrible! The barber and my son. From now on I'll do it myself - cheaper too!

He was 19 months old. He had a head full of baby curls! I kinda regret cutting them now, he looks like a big boy now! But, it was getting hard to manage so it needed to be cut.
If you decide to cut it yourself a friend of mine gave me a good idea - have your child stand on a chair in the bathroom looking in to the mirror, kids are better being able to SEE what your doing. I think I'm going to try that out for the next one!
