Can you skip any meal of the day?

I am a small eater and normally I will skip my lunch..I will never skip breakfast because I am always hungry during breakfast. Lunch is a meal I can go without. I will try to eat a little over tea if I become hungry in the day. As for dinner, I tend to eat a little as well. A small bowl of rice, soup and some veggies and meat! My 5 yr old son actually eats more than I do!!

i skip breakfast a lot...due to being late for school :P..at lunch..i dont tend to have anything..but on fridays i might gt something...
as for dinner...i always will have something...i can only remember a couple of times when ihave skipped dinner..but i was sleeping then

Yes, I can skip a meal just like what happened to me today. I was not able to take my lunch because I don't like to eat alone. I know its not a good practice to skip a meal that is why its important to eat on time but if there are events in which you can't eat on time, just eat small frequent meals or grab a snack while working.

We could skip any meal of the day but its very important not to skip breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day.

I skip breakfasts and sometimes if I had breakfast I skip lunch. But when it comes to dinner, I eat a lot :-)

I generally miss breakfast, not sure why, usually when i wake up i want to shower, have a coffee and head out the door to work.. i may eat brunch, something small, like a museli bar or some health food bar, other then that, i realyl have to force that down my throat.
I guess afternoon snacks and Dinner are my major foods. I love to eat a lot of savory foods, not really one for sweet foods.

Yes, I can skip breakfast or lunch or dinner occasionally. But not frequently. Though I am not a voracious eater, but I can not skip my meal as and when thought. Eating less is a good habit, but that must be in priority with health and availability of time for rest. Thanks.

The rule is there are no rules.You should eat when you are hungary, not because it is a practicular time of day.I usually have one big meal a day and a snack during the evening.On work days, I tend to eat after work. On non work days I may have one big meal or two small ones.

Nope...definitely can't skip meals at anytime since I have a blood sugar problem and eating helps keep my sugar levels allright---some days though I will eat less, that is not so large a portion

I am a voracious eater, and i hardly skip any meal of my day. Unless i am really busy and cant find time to eat, i would diligently take all my meals, and i enjoy them as well. Guess i just like foods. :)

When I was free in a day, I will skip my breakfast. For I am not willing to prepar it. But when I have classes or I should go work, I will have all meals in a day, except that I have no time to have it. Compare to lunch and supper, I skip my breakfast more. I know many people like me. But in fact, breakfast is the most important of the three meals. I am too slim. So I decide to not skip any meals from now.
Health comes first. So you should do it, too.

Well for me it depends. Like if i have to wake up early and go to skool I can go without breakfast, I dont feel hungry that early in the morning. But if i wake up late im always very hungry and need to eat. If i have nothing to do I need to eat but if I am keeping myself busy then I wont have to.

I surely can skip any of the meals I want. Of course, I'll stay hungry, but I still can skip it. Somedays, I am late to school and just skip my breakfast. Somedays, I skip my Lunch, and at other days, my dinner. I feel hungry, and I know I shouldn't be skipping any of these meals, but I still can.

To be honest, I really don't keep track of meals; mostly I just eat multiple small meals or snacks throughout the day. But when I have no food in the house, I'm not hungry, or I'm just too lazy to make something, I go on one meal per day.

Most of the days, I skip my Breakfast. I know that one should not skip his breakfast. But still I cant follow that for me. Because, most of the days I go to bed only in the early morning and will sleep till the midday. With that, its not possible for me to wake up in the morning to have my breakfast. But I do struggle hard for changing my this habit and hope I will do that soon.

I can skip my meals but not a day without rice *smile* I feel so hungry if I can't have my rice for a day. I always take my breakfast to jump start my day and always try to skip my dinner. For lunch, I always on the go so whatever I can grab, I just grab without thinking twice of the calories or fat or whatsoever *laugh*

hey there. .
i normally have a big breakfast.. skip lunch.. have some tea.. and skip dinner as well.. Well, depending on what i have for tea. If our tea time snacks are pretty heavy, then no dinner for me. If it was just light snacks then most probably i'll have a normal portioned dinner. :)
