I choose family. you can have all the careers in this world but when you reach the peak of your career, what's next? your employer can replace you anytime when you have nothing new to offer. your family can be at your side thru thick and thin and will care for you up to the lowest point of your life. They will feel and grieve for your loss for the rest of their lives but your employer can easily look for a replacement when you die.
If you don't have a family, to whom would your offer the best times of your career?
if financial standing is a question here..you can open a business where you can control your time and still manage to have more for the family.

well, to me if i had to make a choice between career and family i would choose career because if you don't have a proper career, you don't have the right to exist and don't have the happiness in the society, because good careers are the precondition of a good family, if you don't have a good career, your family will break up soon!

My decision is career 1st because without a career, there will be no family. Why do I say that? It is because no girl will start a family without money.

Well that is really hard situation if one of the two important things wants you to make a decision, specifically when you are still starting in your career. What I think would be better is to talk to your family to understand whatever you are working right now then if you are stable enough to go and do other things maybe a business or something that you could make your family join and work in it would be great.

hi, i think family comes first. those ppl are there always when u need them.
i have a big family and when i need some help there is always someone to offer it to me. career is important 2, because if u make good money u can give your children a easyer life. but i'll never but my career befor my family. i rather have lots op ppl who love and need me then aloth of money because u can't buy love.
