The boss is on vacation for a week. I'm not going to slack off or anything, just feel like I can breathe a bit now. I can do my work without someone hounding me all of the time. I feel free. Maybe he will have fun and decide to stay another week.

Yes, it is always a good thing to be away from the boss sometimes. You really get to breath and all. Enjoy it a lot before it is too late.

Good for you. Just make sure that do not relax too much and stay in tocuh with him.Maybe he may be monitoring you form somewhere else. Ha ha just kidding just enjoy the time with all your friends.

lol- I love it when the boss is out- I do tend to slack off a bit- I'm an accountant and still have deadlines to meet- but it's nicer when I start a project to be able to finish without him bothering me asking me to do something else- or just chatting about another problem- I love it when he is out too- I even mylot a bit- Hope you have a great week without the boss looking over your shoulder!
