how do you manage stress?
stress is defined to be the normal wear and tear of our bodies due to the environment. it could also be resulted from emotional incidents. stress could be good in that it adds essence, anticipation, drive, and spice to our lives. but it's negative impacts could be deadly. so how do you guys chill out and manage stress? and what stresses you the most?

I, by no means, claim to be an expert on stress management, but one crucial practice I've learned over the years that has helped out a lot is leaving home-life at home and leaving work-life at work. By seperating the two you will help yourself and the people around you that you care about and make life better. Home life is what you choose and work life (whether you agree with it or not) is a necessary part of survival in the world. Seperate what you value from what is necessary, it clarifies a lot of things for you.

that is so true. because work becomes all the more stressful if you bring the problems you got at home to your work desk. you just won't be able to concentrate on your work. and when this happens, you won't be able to work effectively. same thing at home, work-related stress may actually strain your relationship with your family, thus piling up your reasons to stress over.

i listen to music and talk a great deal to my friends. sometimes i pig out on my favorite dishes or take a hike to blow off some steam. sometimes i watch sappy movies, those movies that have tragic endings to remind me that things could have been worse. lols
