Does anyone else exercise at work? When I'm the only one in the office, usually during lunch, I do knee bends and pushups. It just seems like a wonderful time to get in a little extra toning. I'm not an exercise nut, believe me. But, I feel like if I do a little at a time, it will all add up. And, as long as I'm the only one it the office, it can't hurt me.

I have a family member whos a nurse & she's forever reminding me to do foot & leg exercises at the PC, to prevent thombosis (i.e blood clots in the legs) in turn I have a habit of reminding people too, to keep the circulation going, as it's easy to forget if you work/ or spend alot of time in front of a monitor - that your legs need a 10 minutes break for a stretch as well as your eyes!

I work at home and try to do something most days of the week depending on the weather and how lazy I am. When I worked in a lab, it was at a large place and just going to stockrooms or lunch or the library was a good walk or climbing stairs to get to those places which happened many times a day. Also I would play table tennis some times at lunch or take a walk on the if I could spare the time.
