What came first chicken or egg?

Hey this has always been 1 of the top discussions till now i dont think any1 has put forth this in mylot so if u have any idea what came first then just put it down here.Any justification is always welcome....so what came first chicken or the egg?????

If you wanted a technical, bioplogical and historical answer then, It is the egg that came first. But if you are asking me from philosophical point of view, i have no answer. Scientists tell us that it is on one rainy day or probably night that thunder struck the mass of hydrogen and carbon and thus adding Nitrogen elemnt. It so happened that everything mixed up in right proportion so as to create some organic matter. This just didnt happen in one place but should have happened at many places overa period of time. This first organic matter in the basic form was unicellular (So call it an egg), which evolved into something more complex called blue green algae.

thanks for your theory but i am rather more approved with the theory my first post has given me.i know its the scientist point of view but i just dont get the thunder forming gases in the right proportion.thank you anyway

The primtive earth had all elements necessary to form life or organic matter except Nitrogen. Nitrogen which was in the outer atmosphere entered earth in the form of thunder. Thunder also acted as electricity or a spark that could start the conversion process of inorganic matter into organic matter. The organic matter (or the living matter) thus formed is unicellular. Thus it is egg that formed frst. Yes the first statemet is absolutely true and convincing. I was still going back in time, the time even befre reptiles lived.

that is very interesting question and i remember some of the companies use this questio to test and recruit people, most of them say that egg or chicken, but the answer is you think which is first come and which is. so it tests your ability to judge things by yourself.
