What do you usually do to relax....?

Most of the time, I take a good, warm shower. Listen up to my favorite songs on the loudest. Try to not think about bad moments in life... and how about you?

After doing work for whole day, When I came back I get much tired.At that time,to relax first I take a warm shower than I prefer a cup of hot tea.Then I watch TV.After that I try to talk with my family members so that I can divert my mind from my stressful working life and sometime I also prefer to listen soft music. This whole package is enough for me to get relax everyday.

I normally pick up my favourite newspaper or swith to CNBC for relaxing. Playing with kids and spending time with my family is another way I find to cooooooool myself.

For relax, i perfer to do take bubble bath first. 2. listen songs of myliking. 3. read lite gossip magazine. 4. talk to the friends. 5. sleep on fresh grass ...jst try it, you will also find the differene.

I like taking a hot bubble bath with soothing music and have candles lit. Reading a good book and that really helps me to relax. Just a little while of not thinking about anything.

In my spare I will sufer the internet, listening to the music esp. the soft music and the classic music it is really enjoyable,listening to the music is a prt of my daily life.

I just turn on my pc and starting to listen my songs, talk to my friends, and look for something interesting to do... Or I can go out and walk alone in the park!

when I feel so many pressure,I just listen to some music or go to cinema or surf on internet,sometimes,I just read some books sitting in bed.then I will feel relaxed.

Talking to my best friend, going to take a nap, speaking to my pets or listening to my favorite songs in long time can help me calm down . Sometime I write all my feelings in my diary and try to forget about the bad moments .. thanks for your question
