How can i lose weight?

I weigh about 220 pounds and only 16. I need a new program and diet to help me lose about 50 pounds. Can somebody plz help?

I think the easiest way is to replace some of the unhealthy foods in your diet. drink water instead of soda, use low-fat dairy products, and eat things like baby carrots for snacks instead of chips and sweets. Don't try to lose weight by cutting out meals because it will actually slow down your metabolism and make it harder. Exercise is important too. I like swimming because it's not hard on my joints and works the whole body, but being in a cold pool makes you crave high calorie foods. Find something active that you like to do and just get out an do it. I also did some morning workouts on TV for a while which can be fun.

I waz thinking about starting to swim. my brother did that and lost a ton of weight!

The two best things you could do are exercise and eat healthy. Don't ever starve yourself though! Make sure you are not eating junk food, and you are eating healthy things such as fruits and vegetables. Also try to exercise daily, but don't over-do it or you could make yourself sick. And this may sound corny, but lastly and most importantly, love yourself and your body!
