What i ate for breakfast was my left over last night. I reheated the "lechon kawali" as called by pinoys and fried rice.
I used to eat cereals or oatmeal in the morning, but i was in the mood to take a heavier breakfast today. lol

Hi maean. In my breakfast, I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice with fried eggs or cereal corn flakes in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea.
That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!

hi maean_19 that's a heavy breakfast, and that's good. As they say, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" we filipinos usually eat rice, fried rice with matching "tuyo" or "daing" (salted fishes deep fried) or eggs with meat (tocino, longganisa)..that's because we really need the food for energy until 12:00pm which is our lunchtime :) happy eating

I usually eat cornflakes in the morning but today my supply is finished so I turned to melilea organic supplement. Hope today I would be able to get the cornflakes because i like eating it and it gives me energy. I like oatmeals too, they're great.

they said when eating, you should eat like the Royalty. At morning eat like a KING, so heavy is good. at lunch eat like a QUEEN, so quite heavy is fine too and at dinner eat like a princess.
but for me, at breakfast i only have coffee then when i arrrive at work i sometimes eat rice too.
