Would you breastmilk your baby in public, like in the park, restaurant, etc?

If my baby is hungry, she will be fed whenever and wherever we happen to be. If other people are bothered by it, they can look away or move along.

That's a great comment for a certified mom. What matters is our baby not what other people will say.

Once a heard a comment from a passerby "why didn't they feed the baby at home?". the problem is you can't really figure out when your baby will get hungry so i really do not know what's up with this person...

I would feel embrassed to do it too if I didn't have anything to cover me. The sad truth is I just don't see it much so when I do, I can't help but glance over at her. My kids would look too. I see many people like this too. So being the one that is stared at would make me uncomfortable. It is not right and mothers should not feel uncomfortable about it but it is the way I feel.

I have seen a woman feed her child in a bathroom sitting on the floor in the stall... What is so bad about feeding in public and just using a square of a sheet or something to cover with. If it came down to it.. I would bare all if my child needed fed. Although I would try to keep something to cover with in the diaper bag. I think it is wrong that some women have to feel bad about feeding thier children in public. Just my opinion though...

It would be of much help if we prepare/pump mommy's milk in a bottle prior to your travel. We have so many canisters available that would keep milk in its original temperature for a long period of time. And also a small blanket of covering would be fine, even for the baby.
