Would You be Proud of An Upline, Who Paid or Benefited You before you Join them?

Hi, I just want to find out would anyone be proud to be a referral of an upline, who is willing to give you some benefits, after you join them? I believe that I am one myself, I believe I need to invest effort to my downline before I can get them committed to the programme. I have several programs that I hope to attain referrls from. If you don't mind, add me as friend, and PM me. I'll discuss details (benefits) with you later when we PM one another. I wonder does anyone does this like what I do? I want to be trained in CRM, my downlines are my customers.
