Don't think they should stay home and be housewives. They studied hard in school just like men and should have the choice of a career. Women are even performing better in some jobs that were considered a 'man's' job before. And I don't think that any woman should depend on any man for financial aid. Be independent.

I think a woman should do whatever she wants to do. She can work and raise a family or stay at home and devote all her time to her family. It is purely an individual choice.

I think women can do anything they want to, whether it be working at home or at a job. However, in my personal opinion women tend to be a LOT better house keepers just because they are often neat, organized, and self motived. They are also often a lot better with dealing with kids.

I stay at home..have a 6 year old and second one on the way. I'm studying too and volunteer at my son's school. I was working as a school teacher till I was pregnant with my second. But I started work only after my first one started full time school. I feel it should be the family's choice and you should do what you like and think is best for your family.

It depends on a lot of things like whether the woman is married or single, her husband can support her if she doesn't work, what their financial committments are and what the couple agree is the best for them. There is no one answer to this because many women are as well educated as men, perform exceptionally well at their job and also enjoy working.

i think that what ever your family decides. its totally a personal choice... i chose to stay at home with my newborn son becuase we can afford to and i want to be there for all his milestones. i would hate to miss all of that!

I think women should be who they want to be. either stay at home or go to work, that's how feel about it. I don't knock it either way. I would support it on what she wants to do 100%.

hi,thats depend on all situation..job for need in their house..job for time pass, when her husband is very and busy..job for individuality..if there is really no need of job..real women get satisfaction in growing child..helping husband personally..morally..

I've done both and honestly think it can go either way. For me, I'd rather be a stay at home mom, but I work in order for us to have a few extra things in our lives.

If you have small children, it's better to stay home with them instead of paying a sitter to watch them. You is who they need, not a sitter.
If you don't have kids, and you have a husband that is willing and able to support you, why not?
Give me a chance not to have to worry about bills and have all my needs covered, and not have to deal with employers, and cut-throat employees.
You'd be a fool not to take him up on it.
I'd not work in a heartbeat if I did'nt have to.
