I pulled a muscle in shoulder at work last night, have been using dencorub but was wondering what else I could use....any esential oils that I can rub in to ease some of the pain? thanks

aimeejgrant i was in labour with my first son for 14 hours and i my second son my water broke at 7am and i had him at 10:01pm, but the doctors stopped contractions for a while and started them again after a couple of hours so i dont know if u would say i was in labour the...
