Before, when I was still single I used to save money. Now that we have kids who go to college and high school, it is very hard for us to save because most of the income goes out to tuition fees, allowances, food and transportation expenses, plus the electric, water, telephone and credit card bills.

I'm a spender and I always have been. My husband is also which could be bad for us if he didn't bring home good money. We started a savings account just recently in hopes that it will encourage us to save money but I really doubt we do a whole lot of saving. My husband always says to me, "I'm not going to bust my butt for all this money and not enjoy it!" And who am I to say no to shopping? :)

Hi there cabergren,
I am a half saver and a half spender, cabergren. I mean i never finish my money at one time shopping. I always count how much money that i can spend, and some to save. I always found i save some at the last month to the bank.

I gues I am just the middle between those too.ther is no doubt I like to spend money but I think I make it smart way.The most things I spend is the books or other things , where I can educate myself and than it turns on value. Also I like to save money too and thing about my future.I am trying to save as much as I can, but sometimes it is really hard when I see so many things, what I would like to have.

I am a big saver. I do not like spending too much at all. I like to think about tomorrow and save, save, save.
