This is a warning for my "KABABAYAN" be sure to check the payment options before you join any business on the net. If the payment option is PAYPAL please think it over. Because we can only pay but we cannot receive payment. Please, dont commit same mistake again like what had happen to me. Or if not pls wait until paypal approve the Philippines to accept payments from other country. Now for the people who lived in other country who knows the reason why? Can you share it with us. KABABAYAN- is a Filipino words for countrymen

It is the same story with my country (Romania). I can receive money, I can make payments from my paypal account but I can't receive a payment. This is like totally insane, but it's not my dad's company for me to make the rules :( All the best. http://shtrumph-lianna.blogspot.com/

Don't be like that to paypal, we should be happy cause for the very least reason we can pay through paypal, but we cannot receive payments, so it is a fact that paypal is widening its coverage, since we can pay through it so i suppose we just have to wait for it to make its whole system be available here, you can use moneybooker though it has large fee per withdrawal - so meaning you just have to make your earning a bit higher so it will not be a big burden in your patr and also moneybooker has no fee per transaction. But i am still unsure how to cash out moneybooker here, they say through BDO, so i am looking forward to it,thanks...

Well I think you meant that you are not able to trafer paypal money to your bank account am I right? I am so sorry about the unfair paypal is! But there maybe another methods you can get the money from your paypal account, you are encouraged to email the paypal customer centre for the detail. If really no official ways to receive payment from paypal, you can look for some local money exchanger, there are so many exchangers on the internet can help you to exchange your paypal amount to your bank account.

Wait, we can now pay through paypal? Since when? And how do you do it? Please tell me how, send me a message or something because I've been wanting to buy some things online and they only accept payments through paypal. Anyway, yeah, I hope they open to the Philippines too. I think we have a Pinoy version of Paypal though. I just can't remember the exact name. If you really need the money, there are some people who offer to use their paypal accounts for transactions such as those. Well, just make sure that that person is trustworthy. Maybe look for a relative in the US or wherever paypal works. You can ask them to withdraw your earnings for you and then wire you the money. It's just that it'll cost extra, I think. Hey, are you talking about MyLot? You can't receive the payment of MyLot? I thought they used e-gold, or did e-gold's trial thing didn't work out and they shut down?

Maybe they still are working on the facility to facilitate asian clients. I just don't know what taking them long. I mean others have done it like western union. Well, they are losing valuable time and money by not opening themselves up to Asia though. I mean, there are a lot of alternatives for us. I just wish some companies would use other services other than paypal.

Yes there is actually MONEYBOOKERS, you can use but what I am trying to drive at here is the unfairness to our country can you imagine, I can open PAYPAL, pay using PAYPAL and yet if somebody would send me money or pay me using PAYPAL they donot allow it, Why? I cannot comprehend the logic there.

Well, sadly, but maybe they don't like the Asians. *LOL* or maybe Asians have the most number of fraudulent accounts or identities. Plus maybe our rates are higher for transfer that it seems 'uncompetitive'.

In Bangladesh no paypal account allowed. I think top corrup country not allowed to access paypal, gradually less corrupt country may open account but cannot withdraw cash. Reasons may be money hackery or laundering chance or they believe of such country is not good. This I assure otherwise there is no reason because if a member open account paypal authority earn some money from them.

That is not the reason we can open PALPAL, pay with palpal but the problem is we cannot receive their payment that is the unfair part there.

I am lucky my friend in mylot warned my that we Filipinoes here in the Philippines can withdraw from paypal. SO at first I decided to use e-gold. However mylot refuse the use of e-gold, now I have moneybooker.com. A friend from mylot, an american citizen, told me that there are certain issues why here in the Philippines we can't withdraw our accounts from paypal. It have something to do with terrorism and others issues. I think someone else can exlain this further for you my friend. I know I do not like this but I think Paypal also have its own reason why. God bless!

hahaha, In my own opinion, i think PAYPAL doesn't how much transactions filipino will have if they allow so. For considerations, Is there any international body governing PAYPAL's existence and all similar activities in the net eg. moneybooker, egold etc.? Is our local financial institution affiliated to this? if none, maybe we have no voice of complaining. LOL again, Philippines is a founding member of Free Trade or GATT. PAYPAL here have us like subscribing to a telephone company with no incoming calls but have all the NDD features.

i really don't know the real reason, maybe paypal is really taking it slow, if it will be effective in some asian countries, or taking it slow in a way that its widening process is still making some researches. You can use moneybooker or e-gold, but for now i am just using moneybooker, my son uses alertpay, i think. we just have to wait until paypal reaches our country with their full systems on, that's all thanks!!^^

Hai, my name Steve. I am Malaysian. As you know, Paypal also don't allow people from Malaysia to receive payment. But please do not have any worries. There are other method to get your money out from paypal. This is not a trick! It's true. Many Malaysian citizen have prove it. It really work. I think you should make more research about it.
