Everytime I see a local we can rent I'm thinking of it. But I don't know a bussiness of what I want lol. And having a business is a lot of work especially the first year. People want their own business to have more free time, but at the beginning they have less.

Hi Soleya,
I have a business model that I would like to share with you. It's an international business, with the roots from Asia. I hope you could expand the business into the West.
Do send me a message if you are keen in it. Thanks

From a business perspective, you will not get good deals if you stay in your comfort zone, waiting for the government to come and approve your project. Why would they do so if they don't get any benefits?
I think you are quite outdated regarding the Sunshine Empire plan. There has been a memo from the company stating that we are not an investment company. Instead, we are just rewarding consumers for their consumption with Sunshine Empire.
And if you only heard about a "White Elephant Project", just some updates for you. Emcom is just one of the subsidiary that we have. Emcom purchased China Photar which is a listed HK company. Empire Property Venture's latest Empire Sunshine Villa project at Klebang Beach, Malaysia event was graced by China Vice-Premier Mdm Wu and Chief Minister of Malacca. We have also acquired a petroleum company, renaming it to Empire Energy Corporation. 99-Network, a 7 year MLM company, has now joined us as Empire 99. In November, we will be launching Empire Capital which will do insurance and a range of investments (Hedge funds, Mutual Funds, etc).
As you are filled with doubt, Sunshine Empire has already entered 10 Asian countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Phillipines, Beijing, Taiwan, Cambodia, Korea.

I think I am like you in that I would love to but yet to find something to do with it. What would I be passionate doing that could generate money. I would like it so that I can have flexibility as a mom to three children it is hard to get work that fits our needs.

I became self-employed three years ago when I got laid off, and decided to go to college. Between the local economy and the fact that I am a full time college student, I ended up having to defualt to trying to make my living as a freelance writer. It was the only job skill I had that could be flipped into a business. Between that income and my student loans, I am keeping my head above water, but I am not really sure if that is being successful or not.

I would have to say that considering the amount of people who are unhappy with their jobs it has probably crossed almost everyones mind to start their own business and simply be their own boss and control their own time.
I was a doc and quit medicine and started my own health and wellness home based business and I have been doing quite well actually, not to brag!
But everyone wants financial freedom still the fear of losing the security of knowing that you will get a paycheck at the eand of the month hinders many.
And I quote "Those who believe that liberty is the price for security should have neither"- Ben Franklyn

Yean i do have my own business. Am into stock broking, buy and sell securities for my clients on which i get a commission. i think you should start your business in a field in which you know the in's and out of the trade to be successful.

I do have my business but still picking up. My return of investment is not materializing yet. But I am willing to wait. Goog thing you also wanted to put up your own. Just have patience and you need to really work hard for it to succeed. Good luck to your future endeavor.
