it depends upon how the people do to improve their life and not depend on the luckyness of a number.

Every individual have their own lucky number. No one number is more lucky than another. How can that be? It's just that the recent special date 07.07.07 comes by only once in 100 years, so a lot of people regard it as a lucky day. There were 777 marriages solomized in my country on that day!

It depends on who believes in that. I honestly, do not think that numbers have any magical powers or anything like that.
