Inspiration

I find all my inspiration in music, be it for art, personal guidance or just to set a mood. Without music my life would be very dull and un-inspired.

I get my inspiration from the bible and from nature - which God gave to us all. There are also many wonderful hymns that really inspire me or hearing stories where God has worked in someone's life.

I do not really know where my inspirations come from most of the time. I think sometimes my family does it for me or the mood that I am in somehow.

I do find inspiration in poems. But also, since my father passed away last year, I have heard a lot of great things about him (of course I knew he was a great guy but his memory is lingering, hopefully, forever) and I want to be remembered the way he was. Also, my kids have accomplished so much in their few years on this earth (11 and 14), more than I have in my whole life. They push me to be something more for myself. Prayer and church and the church community all help me to feel good and work for a better life.

I find music and Bible is my inspiration. When I have a bad day I just listen to some music.

Most of the times, I get my inspiration from articles. At times, I do find inspiration from songs. When I need to be inspired, I just logged on to the internet, do a search for inspirational and I get inspired from there.

The comunication with a special person inspires me. He is something really unique. When i am in hard situation, i can allways talk to him, see his pics or just listen his songs...it almost allways helps me.

With me it depends sometimes the bible in Psalms gives me inspration or a song I have heard does or sometimes a book does.

I normally don't read the Bible, but I find inspiration in anything postive. That could be books, people, sayings, real life experiences, music or just a knowing that come from inside. I think just talking to the Creator can be highly inspiring. Look out into the night time sky and let your imagination run wild.

Most of my inspiration comes from my daily meditation. I practice zazen (Zen meditation) and the aim is to still the mind by focusing on the breathing to the exclusion of all other thoughts. It is not an easy practice but a rewarding one. Lots of realizations come into consciousness during the meditation and I tend to write them down afterwards, or if it feels pressing, during the meditation which may be anything from 45 minutes to an hour. Well I'm on the path of reading up on the whole Law of Attraction thing...that is creating a more positive energy in one's life to bring the good into it--I actually grew up on these principles but never took it full hilt--now I am---I also happen to have both the DVD and the book The Secret which has led me to think more positively and it is very inspirational to me...Being that I'm also a creative person my "art" gives me inspiration, as one idea flows into another and helps me be more creative
