When we first joined mylot... (glimpse into our background)

Dear Joey_matthews, Few months back I was not aware of mylot. I was doing Yahoo answer. Accidently I saw one of the members mentioning of mylot who pay for discussion. I just opened and read FAQ. I realised that this is the best to work. I got myself registered. I also answered few discussion. I got .08cents first day. I was happy. This is way I got involved in mylot. Subsequently I become addicted to Mylot. In case I do not work with mylot I feel the vacuum. Mylot is a really good platform and the members of mylot are good and well mannered.

when i went into mylot,have not very much interesting here,coz few friends and i dont know how to start.then i visited here once in a while if have time.time by time i have several friends they respond my interesting and my discussions,i feel affect.they are so pure--hearted..

When I joined MyLot, I was in a friend's downline. I was not sure if it did actually pay, but I did get a first payment. I also found a the rest of the group that my upline & I had been friends with, & we're all here, somewhere. Unfortunately, one of them is no longer with us.

I was told about the site from a friend I had made on another forum type (review site)- and I thought what the heck- if it helps her out if I join under her- I’ll give it a shot- I wasn’t sure what to expect either- I joined and looked around- I laughed at some of the discussions- and then jumped right in- I asked a few questions and got a lot of interesting answers- and made new friends- I too have seen people come and go- but then I’ve seen people come back that haven’t been here in a while- I like this. I’m pleased with the site- I come on when I have free time- Having a 10 year old active daughter- doesn’t leave a lot of computer time- I’d rather be outside with her- or playing games- so I come here when I find time- I almost only answer friends discussions- I sometimes venture out and make new friends- I think I’m hooked- I’ve learned so much about people and made some new friends-

when i first joined mylot i was mainly here to meet new people. i was here to spend most of my free time. i was not sure if mylot did pay but my sister got paid after a couple of months i joined and then i knew they did pay

Why not? Lol. I know that i first joined this site to discuss things that interest me and to post things that i was curious of how other people from other cultures would respond too. I did not care about the money, that was not my intention. Later on i met wonderful people from alote of countries and realized that there are many different people and cultures from all around the world and that fascinated me. But then again i met them through out their responses to alote of issues. Now days i have a bit of a problem, still there are people that interest me, but most of the time when i open this site, i see the same posts that are "chewed" again and again by people, there is no creativity and there is not many things that interest me here as before. I actually wonder where is the creativity that was here before? why do people post the same posts as others, can't they create some other issues to talk about, when did "the color of my toothpaste" became an interesting international post. Lol. Do you see where i am heading?

I was here alot when I first joined mylot, I trusted that it paid before I even had any payment. But, after awhile here I have lost interest and I am not here as much as I was then. But, I still do the best I can to contribute to mylot success.

When I first came here, I didn't expect of the sites great features. I was a bit hesitant, I almost try to earn more points by starting my own discussion. I was shy to comment back on responses I receive, was not pretty sure on what I want to share here. But after a while, I was starting to get the hang of it. I started replying to others posts, read and provide everything that I believe can be helpful to the topic. I did everything that I think maybe contributive to this site, learned and gained knowledge. There are still set-backs, with the low earnings we've been receiving lately, discussions/posts deleted and ratings decrease. But I'm still here, am proud that I've survived the "up's" and "down's" of mylot. I hope that I can be here for another 7 months, and hope that this site would improve more for our convinience..

I agree, a lot of great people have come and gone. I haven't met many rude people and I hope I have not been rude towards others. I have never been on myspace and don't have any interest in it. This is about all social online interaction I want to handle. But truth be told, you are still here and so in that regard, I am sticking around for a while longer. lol.

I'll be honest. I joined here to make money. I made a few bucks and it was good. I also made a few friends that started intelligent discussions on things that interested me. lately, the discussions don't interest me as much as they used to. it's the same thing over and over.... should I dump this guy, is it OK that he hits me, what did you eat for breakfast today, etc. I don't have internet at home right now, so i don't have as much time to spend. I look for good discussions where I have something to add. I really loved my first days here and found it addicting to get into discussions with people. It just doens't feel the same anymore.

when i first joined mylot my goal is to learn how to communicate to every person with every discussions, topics and interest, second is to enhance my english writing as well. i was confuse and utnil now confuse if mylot will pay me of my earnings here because i haven't reach my minimum payout. but nonetheless i've learned a lot here. :)

Hello.I think the payment is too little for me to take it as a tool of job.So I come here just for meeting friends from all over the world and learning some knowledge from mylot.I didn't send out the respones very much everyday.It take me time to read the discussions and I will think about it for a long time.Then I will finally send out the respone.I take me time to choose the topics in which I am interesting.May be only three or four respones in one day.Sometimes I just read it but didn't say out anything about the topic.But I like to read the discussions here cos I can see different thinkings here.Have a good day!
