Ronyle - Thai is one of my favourites! Thanks for your list. I've never tried Filipino food - how would you describe it compared to other Asian food? The only Asian food I have tried is : Chinese, Thai, Indian, Malaysian, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Japanese.

Filipino foods are also combinations of foods such as chinese, thai, indian...But the most popular is the adobo. There are many kinds of adobo actually. Chicken, pork, squid, water spinach, eggplant, etc. You should try it. If you have a filipino friend, ask him/her to cook for you. I'm sure he/she knows that. Dried mangoes is also one of the popular delicacy in the philippines. When you have a time to visit the philippines, look for the dried mangoes that is found in cebu city. It's very good. :)

I would pick Japanese, for the love of the culture which includes the food. :) Second, Indian. Lot's of vegetarian and flavourful dishes! Third, Mexican. I love mexican food, there's plenty of variety for me to last a while. Fourth...hm, Swedish, I think. My homeland, I think I would miss the food otherwise. And lastly Italian, great pasta and meat dishes!

For me, it would have to be:
Thai
Danish
French
Indian
Greek
Although not necessarily in that order. On the whole, though, I don't generally bore with food very quickly.

Cuban, Mexican, Italian, Southern and Chinese. Those are pretty much the cuisines that I eat now and I am able to cook.
Looking up at yours I'd like to say that I would like to try more of those but I have not aquired a taste for them yet.
Good discussion. Thanks!

First I would have to choose Southern... that is where my roots lay deep in the south...
Second I would have to say Italian, oh the pasta, Garlic and green vegies
Third I would choose Mexican
fourth Jamacian and last but not least Hawaiian, their food holds so much falvor it reminds me of the south... how they use a great deal of seasonings
