And what gets you some relief? Animal dander, pollen, foods? I am allergic to wheat gluten, some pollens, and some proteins.I get some relief by simply avoiding these things, the pollens a little more difficult, but i stay inside when it's bad. What kind of seasonal grief do you go thrrough? How careful do you have to be with your diet??

I wasn't allergic to anything until I moved to Arizona..For 11 years I was allergic to everything, grass, flowers, trees..etc..I had hives all over my body. The only thing I wasn't allergic to was dog, cat, and horse hair...Now that I have moved East I don't have any allergies...How weird is that?

Wow, I've always heard the opposite that moving to Arizona helped people breathe better!! That's amazing, my body sometimes has the opposite reaction to whatever cures anybody else too, lol.I'm glad you got out of there!!Have you become allergic to anything new, cats, dogs, etc? Thanks!

No, I don't have any new allergies..I am so glad it is over because my lips would swell just standing on the grass..It was miserable..my eyes would swell shut..I would have to pack my head in ice...yikes....I thought Arizona was the place where people went to get away from allergies....who knew..

Pollens and grasses but its only half effective. There have been several times I've done my yardwork and botany work without getting allergies. Other times, just waking up to fresh air can send my allergies into berserker mode.

I'm allergic to bugs and their waste of all things. For that reason, I try to keep my house as clean as possible to avoid a possible bug infestation. I think that I am also allergic to certain types of spiders. When I was a kid, I was poisoned by a spider bite and suffered temporary paralysis in my arm. I think it only happened because of my spider allergies. Although it is possible that others would have been allergic to the spider as well. For the most part I am not allergic to anything else, except probably cut grass, so maybe that is hay fever allergies. My little kid is picking up some of my hay fever allergies and bug allergies as well. So, maybe some of these things are inherited. I hope not!

I think I'm allergic to dust and dust mites that live in mattresses, pillows, and couches. My allergies aren't too bad, only in the mornings right after I wake up. I just get a lot of phelm in my throat and I have to cough it up. Other then that, it doesn't cause me much grief.

well my friend i am not that allergic to anything.i would say i have a good immunity system.but sometimes when i come across loads of dust i start sneezing.so you can say that as allergic.but i don't have any specific thing to be allergic nor any food item.so i don't feel the urge to get careful to my diet just for an allergy.

My biggest allergy is to cats. I have very little tollerance for cats. My eyes get itchy then swolen and scary looking. After that, I'm allergic to dogs. I can be around dogs with no reaction, but if I play with them a little rough or if I get a scratch on my arm or one happens to lick me, then I get a reactions. I think I'm allergic to other animals with fur too, but I don't interact with them much so it's not a big problem.
