If you given the opportunity to have something or do something, What would it be ? Not being greedy or over the top , just something that you would appreciate. For me I would just love to pay my house off and own it..It would be great not to have to pay the mortgage every week and not have it hanging over my head for the next 10 years.

If I was given the opportunity I would buy my mother a house and get my careers started so that I would be able to support her and my family. I would also like to donate some money to the RED foundation which i've been a part of for some while but still haven't had the chance to donate some money, what with my credit card, college tuition, and other bills.

Yeah well I keep dreaming and dreaming but who knows I might be able to do all that I want to do. But first I have to finish college and pay off all my debts and finish writting the book that i'm writting. Then i think i have a chance to do what i want to do.

it's always been my wish to be able to go abroad for a short vacation with my whole entire family. that would include my parents, sister and her family, brother and her family, my youngest brother and me. we all have our busy lives and we never get the chance to hangout, much less go abroad. it doesn't have to be far away, i just want the chance to spend quality time with them.

Hello Calais! If I am given an opportunity to have something, I would like to be the World's President and I would like to have abundant resources to provide for the food, clean water, shelter, education and justice to all world's population. It pains me to fill my stomach when there are countless people dreaming for just one bite of food; When there are people whose skin is touching their bones without any muscle in between; whose ribs can easily be counted; Who search for the food in the garbage left by others. I'll provide clean water to people who are forced to take in, muddy water collected in pools by rain or even the water from dirty channels. I would work to provide shelter to all because there are many who die in cold or heat just because they don't have a place to keep themselves warm in cold and comfortable in heat. I would like to provide equal opportunities of education to all free of cost, so that natural talent is not suppressed by lack of resources. I would like to see justice given to every one where rich can't get away with their crimes just because they have resources to pay for skilled lawyers who can exploit laws and define in a way that absolves the rich criminals. I know that this is not a realistic wish but seeing dreams cost nothing:-) and we can still approach to that end by concerted effort.

Though what I mentioned is unrealistic in the way I wrote, but there are many great people out there who keep me hopeful that we can achieve that end somehow, far in future. They are making real differences on ground and they inspire me a lot by what they do and what they don't do.

I would similarly love to have a house that was already paid off. Sure, it would mean we'd have higher utility bills, but it would be worth it to not have to pay rent each month! Failing that, I'd love a month long trip to Europe--just traveling around and seeing as much of it as I could in 1 month. :)

I own my home but I've just taken a mortgage to have some necessary maitenance/improvements done. I hope to have it paid out before then because there are othere repair jobs and I'd like to do some travelling too. I'd like to do a trip to Tasmania and see the sights. I think I'd go with a group and hope I can make some friends so I'm not on my own.

My wish is also simple, Calais. I would wish to be free of debt. I managed to run up some credit card debt that I've been struggling to pay off. It is not easy. But, anyway that would be my wish.

Now, i have been practicing of going to orphanages and donate a portion of my earnings to the needy children and the poor.. I derive immense pleasure from it..

Design a homeless and rehabilitation center to help people get back on their feet. Through that process, feed them, pray with them, help them, and provide free shelter for them. Then, I would thank God for the wonderful opportunity he given me!

This is such a great thing to think about today! I truly appreciate the question and reading everyone's responses. What I would truly want to do is start my own reality program about Catching people doing something good and rewarding them financially for it. For example, that day that mom with a cart full of groceries and three kids (two of them crying) sees that you only have two items, and lets you go ahead of her!!! I would love to just pay for all of her groceries, and give her family a trip to Disney world! The intent is for people to start (or continue) doing generous things hoping they would get rewarded for it, to find out this makes him/her a happier person, less stressed and less focused on so much negativity. Just an idea!

That sounds like a wonderful idea...But I would much rather people would just do it out of the kindness of their heart not under the impression that they might get rewarded financially...but still a very good idea.

I would wish for free quality health care for my family. I don't mind having bills or a job or the like, but, healthcare that I can count on.... With three yung'uns I worry day and night. Our insurance was dropped a while ago and paying out of pocket is the worst. Also, having to chose when to take them in... plain stinks. I also wish you wouldn't get three different opinions from three different doctors. Don't they all study from the same books?
