yoga is the best exercise to keep healthy.This gives us mental relaxation and peace.One can get rid of the toxins of the body through pranayam,educes weight and makes body also flexible.But one should do it empty stomach.

Yeah i did attend a yoga class once but this did not interest me much. It was a really funny class koz these fat women were having lot of trouble with these different and difficult postures they had to be.I know that yoga is very beneficial for one's health but i do a lot of exercises like playing football. I like only the part where you have to meditate. By the way do you know a bit about of art of living?
