why these days everybody in 30's is suffering from high or low bloodpressure,cholestrol.and they r takin pills for it.is this the case wth u as well.....

shweta4 Thanx for replying to my discussion.Yoga is not the overall solution for all health disorders.But is is definitely the best natural way to stay fit,to get a person close to recovery (if u do it with dedication and sincerely).Try and see the difference

yoga is the best exercise to keep healthy.This gives us mental relaxation and peace.One can get rid of the toxins of the body through pranayam,educes weight and makes body also flexible.But one should do it empty stomach.

I often read to my 5 year old son....his Grandma read to him almost everyday...he loves to be read to...he has completely memorized entire books and "reads" them to me...it is so cute... He will be starting kindergarten this...

shweta4 I have 4year old son .We both enjoy our reading time.he cannot read it himself.I read books to him and its amazing the way he grabs the whole book.He always look forward to...............and he comes to know of so many new words.

Would you let your son decorate his room like this?

My four year old son is about to have his new bedroom finished. We wanted to let him have a say in how it was decorated. This is what he has decided he wants. I honestly think it's pretty cute but I think he might "grow out of it"...
