Where Is Everyone?

In the future, would you please read more than just the title of the post? I wasn't talking about just today. I was talking about the past three or four days. I wouldn't have asked if it was just today.

Actually, I read the post twice because I didn't want to be posting something off topic. Shame on me. But when you said few days, I thought two days and that would be Friday and Saturday. The weekend to me.

Well, I'm sorry if I jumped to a conclusion but "a few days" to me means three or four days not two. I hadn't heard from several of the regulars I hear from for at least three or four days and since 4th of July was the previous week, I was surprised that things were so quiet. I hope that explains things.

I understand all of this and the only reason I've come back limitedly is for the people, not the money. I, too, find a lot of the rules to be constrictive and the fact that the owners of the site have a clause in that they can delete any conversation/post they choose to, which I find to be censorship. More and more people are leaving though and the conversations worth participating in seem to be dwindling as well. I'm going to give it a couple of more weeks to see if things pick up a bit because I don't want to simply drop it and the people I've met here if this is just a phase that seems to be happening. I guess I'd also like to stay until I reach my "500" goal. I'm going to spending more time on Blog It pretty soon because I have more freedom to write and I get paid for everyone who reads my work, which I like. In fact, even though my membership lapsed a couple of months ago because of a temporary financial situation, I'm still earning because people are still reading my work posted there. Anyway, I'm going to hang in here for now. We'll see what that produces.

Well, yes, several of us are friendly. We consistently share conversations and have fun. I'm not sure what a barkada is but you can participate in the various discussions. We just appreciate it if you'd stick to the discussion topic and reply so that we know what you're talking about.
