bedtime rituals?

I just wondering if u have bedtime rituals for ur child.
My dougther sleeps onlay when she has her botlte and i hold her in my arms.

Actually I have my own ritual before I go to sleep at night. Maybe it sound weird, but I always sperad some water to my feet before I go to sleep. Feeling my foot is wet I don't know somehow really2 makes me feel so relax. I usually do this at night and also in the afternoon when I want to have afternoon nap
