so excited!

OH i KNOW its late but CONGRATS!! I posted about refinancing or i woldnt have seen this one :( lol Its so exciteing! we have had our house a year now ans not done too much with it sadly! were working on estimates and things like that first getting the RIGHT price for good work! :)XX how we knew it was the ONE?? - well, my daughter seen the add for theopen house in our local small paper it was.is actuall literally around the corner from us then lol she was instistant on seeing it - she still doesnt know why - we werent realy actively looking we had mentioned looking soon. well we get here and it was like we all *BREATHED* it was strange realy comforting as well perfect size, perfect area, kids could stay in thier school which was a great district to boot and came with double he land we ever thought!! had ONE owner in fact the people selling it where the children ( now grown) selleing their childhood home which was bitter sweet! :)XX we were the first to make a bid and be acccepted - it all had its ups and downs he place we went through first fell through last minute so the owners made us a deal and REALLY helped us get it with THEM co signing it for us!! with the deal we make 5 FULL payments on time and we get the deed!! well we did that, we actually got the deed early!! They were and ARE a GOD sent!! it was just ment to be!! i wouldnt give up on it - it wasnt like a possision or anything but it had a hold of me we HAD to live here :)XX and its been so good ever since!! not perfect nothing is - were new to homeowner ship so it takes time to know what were doing!! BUT its a fun journey! :)XX CONGRATS AGAIN!!

Wow! Congratulation! Actually before when we are looking for a house to be our own I dont have an idea of what to pick or buy thats why when my husband told me to look for it i let my sister to search for it and she is the one who choose, actually i told her to look for the a place which is a quite and nice place when she told me that she already saw the place and look beautiful i rushed to pay for the downpayment, unfortunately after paying for the downpayment the agent ask me to tour the place it was only then i realized that its not the place i am looking for but i cant do nothing because i pay it already, but honestly now i love the place already and we bought another house again in the same place. So asking me on how many houses i visited first before i pick the one well nothing.lol!

We have to see many of course before we settle with our decision to buy such. We have to consider many things such as primarily the budget, the place, the durability and the beauty of the house. I hope you would be able to get something that satisfies you.

Congratulation. I just bought a house, my dream house. Can shift in any time, I just need to bring my clothing over. Yeah...
