i thing it should depend on the financial stability and health that is his or her how physically and emotionally one is strong and take up to the challanges of life.

No one can predetermine what age is right to get married. There are so many factors that are involved. First, each person is different and mature at different levels. What age might be right for one person is not necessarily right for another. Then they have to find the right person and be in love and want to get married. So it is up to each individual couple as to what time is right for them to get married and only they can decide that.
