i think in 60 yrs we are unable to provide even basic need of life water and electricity to the capital city like delhi forget about the other states for 24X7. No proper sewer system, all bad roads, no garbage system.yes one thing...

travelling to different places make one really very happy as one meets new people, new locations, new atmosphere, if one is on vacations it makes more diffrences in the enjoyment you get.

i think one should do yoga to keep oneself fit. do the pranayam daily to regulate one's breath. next one should keep oneself away from indulging in fried food,rice,sugaretc.

eating start in the morning and ends in morning for some is it good. some people it what may come some eat very little but what is right kind of food one suggest.

ashwaniktalwar u should take good breakfast minor lunch, and very light dinner ie., only fruits and skimmed milk at night that to around 7 to 8 o clock avoid junk food, and oilly food

ashwaniktalwar thanks for ur comments sugarloss u should start with controling your breath by sitting straight and than watch while u inhale and exhale air and concentrating in between your forehead with ur eyes closed do it for half an hr u will find very relaxing.
