Internet-Obsessed Couple Let Kids Starve

It is hard to believe how people can do such things. Of course I still cant believe that my son lives in a filthy house cause his girlfriend wont clean. I hope those parents lose their kids. Bless those children.

This just makes me sick. I could not finish reading the article because it upset me so much. I do not like to hear anything about abuse/neglect to children. Poor babies. They need to go to jail and never be alowed to see those kids again. Chances are thoes kids are going to suffer health issues all their lives from this for a stupid game. If it was not a game the parents would have found something else not to feed the kids.

That is so horrible and a poor excuse. The internet might be addicting, but how could you let your children starve.

I saw another post on this and I couldn't believe it when I read it. Very very sad!

And what adds to it, is they discussed whether that type of an addiction is a mental illness. They said they needed more studying, so they couldn't say if it was yet. That's what ticks me off. Be freaking responsible for yourself. It's not a mental illness, turn off then d#@#! computer!! Even bringing something like that up is ridiculous. Next, the family will try and sue the maker of the internet game for addicting them. (hope no one got any ideas) Some people just need to be smacked up side the head. I'm not a violent person, but if it would jog some sense into their heads, by all means, someone needs to do it!

Yes I agree. I read this earlier today and was sickened. There's no excuse for not properly caring for your children. If you don't feed your children and give them everything they need, that makes you a sorry excuse for a human being. Another reason why some people just don't deserve to be parents.

Someone else told me about that today. I honestly do believe it though. I mean, when Nintendo first came out, it was all I could do to get the kids in bed so I could have some quality time with Mario and Zelda!!!! I mean, don't get me wrong, during the day I would play with them, but as soon as they hit the covers it was MY turn!! Seriously though, some people just shouldn't be allowed to be parents!!

That's just wrong on so many levels. They should be forced to be in the same situation as those kids - the one had to have its head shaved because it was matted with cat urine ... that is just infuriating.

I’m outraged- These 2 parents should be put away far longer than 12 years- or 6 with good behavior- I hope that aren’t allowed any kind of video games in prison- I can’t imagine listening to my babies cry and sitting there playing video games- what is wrong with this situation?? And the poor girl had cat urine in her hair and the hospital had to shave it off- her hair was embedded with urine- Poor kids- I hope that they never remember any of this- and are adopted out to a wonderful family- staying together- Where was the family?? These parents are terrible-

wow that is really sad. i can't believe that anyone could be so addicted to the internet. i hope that they get punished fully also.

That is terrible! If I had to give up time on the internet to take care of my baby (I dont have any just IF) I would do it in a heartbeat! I don't know how somone can just ignore and neglect babies like that! It is awful! They better not be able to get those children again!
