jillmalitz Most veggies are good to eat raw. Some may taste better cooked though. I guess it is a personal choice. If you like raw veggies and your kids are old enough to eat them, let them.

jillmalitz I don't jog cause it is too hard on my knees. I do like to walk a lot. I enjoy it and it provides good exercise and helps my blood pressure as well as it gives me time to enjoy the outside and to think.

jillmalitz Money?? They still have their Office suite which a lot of people use and pay for. But there is also more and more free "office" stuff which is as good if not better. Who know with Microsoft??

jillmalitz Most of the time I use firefox. Occasionally IE. These seem to do best for me. They seem to have fewer problems or slow downs than others. I've never tried chrome for anything. I have seen good reviews of it though.

jillmalitz That is terrible and cruel. People are so thoughtless. I have a friend who works in an animal shelter. She gets so frustrated with all the people who dump animals. Some people just have no concept of responsibility.

jillmalitz It is wonderful that she has such a positive attitude. I've had pneumonia and it is no fun. It can be viral or bacterial and people do occasionally die from it, especially the elderly who are already ill. Hope she gets better soon.

jillmalitz Well my husband is a plumber and even he says most people can fix the simple problems themselves. I guess that is why repairmen charge so much. Most of the problems in a home can be fixed if you just do a little research and take a little tme.
