I love to take pictures if it is related to natures, nice spots and many more but do you know that I have also hate in taking pictures? The time when I am taking pictures people. Most of the time if I am taking pictures with my friend, my face wasn't there in the pictures. Imagine today we have staff party and all pictures taken no faces of mine. It's annoying! Are you annoyed if you can't see your face in the good pictures you have taken?

I like taking pictures as it will serve as remembrance for years to come if you know how to take care of it. But unlike you, i would rather take the pictures than be the one in the photos. But i would love to be in the photo on occasions too.

You can preserve the pictures even until you become old. There are alot of useful tips how to take your photos that will stand for how many years. Even you become old you can still see you pix in your younger years. It's the best photos you have if you are among on the faces found within the pictures.

My wife takes most of the pictures all the time as I'm too lazy to do so even I have a really good camera phone - 12MP, hehe!~Well, I actually don't mind if I'm not in the picture

No problem because it's your wife and it's like your secretary if you have something for here to write. In photography maybe you considered her as your personal assistant.

Your wife is your photographer, you cannot appreciate the picture if you are not the one who take the photos. It's different feelings if you are the one made the shoot.

Well, I can still very much appreciate it since she's my wife? Haha!~Ya, but I get what you mean. It's just a different feel when you take it yourself. It's just like someone can write something on behalf of you but it's totally different if you write it your own - flare is the key element

I do love taking photo's. I am also a scrapbooker so try to find unique ways to tell the story of where I have been. Several years ago I decided that instead of bringing home a bunch of souviners that lay in the closet.....I would use my photos from my trip for my keepsakes....so I take a ton!

I am lazy to make scrapbook. All my photos taken on different settings are save on my albums and I preserve it inside my room. Maybe I will ask my wife to make scrapbook for me.

hi am a bit puzzled if you are taking pictures then how could you also be in the picture unless you have a tripod and dash over to where you were standing then press the remote control button. Could yoyu not ask a friend to snap the partu group when you are in the goup so you could get pictures of the group with you participating?

@julyteen That's really a good idea. Don't bring camera with you and you will be in the pictures~~ But I still probably bring my camera with me because I will feel bad if there are something I want to take pics for if I have no camera to use.

It's a good idea but as what you have said you should also take pictures specially when you like the scene and you want to have a pictures taken by me. But if group pictures I maybe choose not to show my camera to others so that I am included always on the pictures taken by somebody.

Yeah. That is the same problem I have met. We can't see our face in the picture! I love taking pictures, and I have a lot of chance to take photos. I travel a lot. But mostly I travel alone. So, whenever I take pictures, I take them myself. Although the view in my pics are so wonderful, but there is never myself! That's really annoying! Besides that, I am the photographer in my class when I was in college. I take a lot of pics every time we have class activities. However, there is no faces of mine! We can remember the whole 4 years of our life in college from those pics, but only except me! Because there is no my face in all of them! So, being a photographer is good, it brings a lot of happiness when taking pics for nature, spots, people, but we have to bear that there will no us in the pics forever...

Maybe that is the reality being a photographer. In every nice shoot there's somebody behind it. The pictures will not created with us, I think they might remember us even we are not present in the photos.

hi there! i love traveling. and when i travel, i always bring with me my camera to capture those moments and the places i've been too. so when i grow old, i will look at those pictures and remember the moments, places and faces with me as a travel through life itself. but there are times that i don't bring my camera with me. like for instance i know some of my officemates brought their camera so i would not bring mine. i'll just ask somebody to take a picture of me with others, when i know i hadn't have a photo yet with them on my camera. :)

Yes it is the living proof in all your happiest moment during your younger age. Because you are already old at that time and you can't make many things that normally you did when you was young, all you have to do is to remember those things while telling the story about it to your grandchildren. Better to preserve photos for you when the time that you will most of the time inside your home.

yes i like photography and travel. i feel these two hobbies compliment each other and I am interested in both :P I like to travel on my bike to distance places and take pictures. Like many I also like to take picture of nature. I feel that nature is one subject where you can get a taste of all kind of photography. And that is one reason for the love for it. Plus you can enjoy a lot while shooting nature and have amazing experiences. The sound of the water flowing, the sight of a mountain.. clear blue sky are some thing which can make me go WOW :) And when you are traveling on bike, you are a bit more close to nature. You can feel the air, the rushing wind and also there is the fun of riding great distance on your own.

Yes, I do like taking pcitures with my friends and my family. I like to capture the moment and few yearsw later when you look at them again, you would remember what happened when you were in the pictures I think I sometimes look good in pictures and sometimes it doesn't, it makes me aggravated sometimes because my face is relatively big so I don't always look good in picture.

It's a proof when you look back in your happiest moment while you are still young or on your younger years. I saw some old people they are always watching and checking their old pictures and they explain one by one to their grandchildren what the occasions is all about and tell the story behind the photos.

Hi julyteen: I am not a professional photographer but I love to take some pictures, specially when I get an inspiration to do this. In these cases I don'tcare if I am not on these pictures, but they are good i won't feel bad because they would be a good work so I'd feel satisfied for taking these pictures. However, when I'm taking pictures for my family, for example, I take my time to ask another member of my family to take some pics of me. ALVARO

But due to the latest technology we can now taking pictures together with your family and friends by using the timer and the camera stand. You will no longer miss every moments with them.

I definitely love taking pictures. Whether it's of a person, a plant, a flower, an animal, a scenic site or whatever. I personally love to take pictures of small things (focusing in on them and having the background blurred) and of scenic places like beaches or the sky or the mountains. Whenever there's an event or an outing, I try my best not to forget to bring my camera with me so that I can take snaps of interesting stuff. When I was younger, I kind of hated it when I wasn't in the pictures because I was the one taking pictures of the others. I always wanted to join in with them so that I'd see myself in every picture taken. However, now that I'm a bit matured, I find it tolerable not seeing myself in the pictures hehe. And since everybody else had their cameras with them, I'd figure I'd see myself in the pictures taken by him or her and I'd ask them to share those photos with me later anyway.

Nowadays because camera are affordable alot of your friends or family members have their own camera so we can see ourself on their captures but sometimes it's different from your captured photos specially if they don't know how to make nice shots. You don't have choice except to admit that you are not photogenic.

Hello julyteen, I love taking pictures and if one reason or another I do not see my face in this beautiful pictures I would just laugh it of and comment that my face is so handsome and the paper used in developing the pictures are handsome proof.

That's the only thing we can do is to imagine how much more if you are among of the people inside that particular photos. If they looks very beautiful and handsome, how much more if the most handsome is among of them, the photos would be fantastic. Right?

I am a picture fan taker myself, and when i am with my girlfriend the 10 seconds timer does come in handy. I do at times ask another person to take our picture and it is a bit annoying that in some pictures i can't be, but hey, you can't always have both. I enjoy photographing what is beautifull :) Nature, my girlfriend etc ^_^

that is the last chance to take pictures specially if you are only 2 person around. i am not dependent on the timer because you need to find best location to put your digicam so that you can make a best pictures.

I am not so fond of taking pictures of every place, person or thing that I rarely see or meet. I am just remembering those days in my mind. I am not always taking photo souvenirs when I go to different places. I prefer just buying some accessories. But as I am not fond of taking picture, my mother was really fond of it. She took pictures of me every other day when I was an infant. I think she managed to keep two hundred pictures of mine when I was just 1 year old. No doubt she was really cherishing those moments. That is what I like most of my Mom.

It's nice to remember the past through photos. I manage to preserve all my photos taken from my younger age beginning grades school up to the present. Taking pictures is one of my hobby and I enjoy doing it specially in the time that we have a climb in a very known mountains here in our country. I love to take pictures on different natures spots.
