Did you know Mexican drug cartels are growing marijuana on US land?

It seems it is a multibillion-dollar business, run by Mexican drug cartels and guarded by heavily armed members of U.S.-based street gangs and Mexican nationals. A lot of it is happening in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, the largest national forest in California.

With all the illegal immigrants coming into our country, especially from Mexico, it is not surprising to hear that this is happening. This is another reason why we need to prevent illegal immigrants to come into our country. A better check on people immigrating legally needs to be done as well as some of them have bad intentions.

I think most people would be surprised by how serious these guys are about their operation. Apparently these guys are pretty serious about what they do. Some of these operations are actually guarded by people 24 hours a day until harvest. Its a huge problem as these guys are armed, and would most likely kill to protect it. Something needs to be done about this.

I didn't know it but it doesn't surprise me. They have ruined their own country and now want to ruin ours as well. Send in a few hundred troops and let them clean house...then get to work building that 220 volt fence along the border to ensure they don't come back in once their deported.

If they know that then why don't they just go in with some of our own armed forces and get rid of them? With all the wildfires happening in California, I'm surprised there are any growing operations going on in the forests there.

It has to be grown somewhere and I am sure it is easier to grow it here than smuggle it across the border. Finally the dummies got smart. They will also provide a better product because it will be fresher and probably less compact. It was a smart business move.
Now when they get a little bit smarter they will not get caught. They need to spend some of that money hire some brains. It is the stupid criminal that gets caught. The only thing I can say is dummies.

Yes I did know that and the head of the cartel is in our prision. They get messages out of presions even when they are on solidary confidement. They plan hits and other things from their jail cells.
I think this is horrible and our peace officers, prision gards, and narcotic officers are doing everything they can do but it does not seem to be enough.
