What's the worst thing you've ever eaten or drunk by accident?

Ha, well since you asked the question...coagulated chicken blood soup. A friend and I were in a different country trying something new...which I love to do. So my friend asked our friend who was a native of that country what all the pink chunks were... Yeah, we weren't too excited about that. The soup wasn't bad, but knowing what it was made it worse! The same country I had chicken liver or something like that...the guy who ordered it for us just laughed after he told us what it was. I'm a vegetarian now, haha!

Haha was it that that turned you vegetarian? I like ur pic, I take it you've been to Egypt, me too although didn't see the pyramids.

I used t be a vege but gave up a couple of years ago as I couldnt be bothered anymore. We went on a cruise down the Nile, I we saw the valley of the kings and the valley of the queens and a load of other stuff, was great, I didn't mind not seeing the pyramids, I don't think the cruise boat couldnt get that far down the Nile.

One would think that both of those meals would have been what turned me into a veghead, but surpisingly no. It's more for social/economic reasons than personal preference. But anyway, you went to Egypt and didn't see the pyramids? Eh, I understand if it was by choice...I often go to new places and not see all the main touristy stuff. I spent about 5 weeks in Alexandria...was only in Cairo for a day and never made it south of Cairo to the Valley of Kings or anything.

Yuck I had that happen to me too. I think the worst thing resently was after a long tiring day I made what I thought was the best cup of tea ever and when I took a great big swallow I found I put salt instead of sugar in it. Stupid me for wanting matching containers. Needledd to say I marked them now. Yuk! LOL Vicki

Now you are a silly sausage. Did you actualy swallow it? Usually I notice such things before the point of swallowing but I could imagine it would be possible.
