simply pointless things in life

does it seem that we buy things that seem very interesting when we obtain them but in the end. . turn into a complete waste of time? when i really think of it. . . mostly all aspects of entertainment have become pointless to me from my point of view. magazines of different types of devices for households or of new clothing designs or of new video game systems that keep amazingly grow every time they decide to make a change in their spec's. the only thing that hasnt really lost my attention has to be books, novels, and lessons that seem to expand my knowledge and teach me more of what i need to know to proceed in the world that i live in. -safe
