Being into a relationship, sometimes partners might think of silly things when they got to talk even over the phone especially when alone. Right? As a man, how will you introduce to your gf that you want to have --x with her over the phone?

Absolutely. You can start by being flirty. Choose the right words. She might understand your needs and sometimes, you might even turn her on.

I have done this with my partner. I would start out with how much I miss them and that I was thinking about them. Be flirty and she will catch on. If she is into it she will go along with it. It can be great fun if both of you are into it. Vicki

I would just do as I have done before, I would ask if she was a lone and what she was wearing, and say that it really turns me on and that I am naked and so on :D
And then I would go from there
