I'm hoping someone can help me with some ideas for marinading tofu. I usually use olive oil, sesame oil, chili oil, and some rice vinegar. This is best for stir-fry dishes. I was hoping to find something a little more versatile. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well, I do like the way you do it. I think it sounds really delicious. I am a fan of salt, pepper and lemon to marinade most of the things that I make.

I like your tofu marinade it sounds delicious. Me what marinade I usually do is, soysouce, vinegar and sugar, 3parts soy, 2 parts vinegar and 1 part sugar. 3-2-1 that easy to remember. :-))
I just stir fry the tofu cut into cubes in garlic.
Salt and pepper to taste then I add in the mixture sauce.
You can also add in hard boiled egg.
We call it adobo tofu, Filipino style cooking. Try it and hope you like it.
