Have you ever left your kids just to go out with your spouse?

I have a four year old son and a one year old son, and the number of times that my husband and I have been out alone, since we became parents can be counted on two hands. I choose to look at it this way though: going out with your spouse is actually good for your child, because it helps her parents keep in tune with each other, and thereby take care of their own relationship, which is one of the greatest benefit you can give to your child.
