Hi, I ordered a kundalina yoga DVD for exercise purpose. Then I discovered a lot of scary and negative things about it on the net. Do any of you know about kundalina yoga? Do you think it is a safe practice? Thank you in advance.

ThreeAandI Some people report seeing visions, hearing strange sound, suffer severe pain...etc. Some feel like they are insane and need to see doctor.

I think we've all thought something was really cute or a great idea and then found that it was just a waste of money. I think that most baby towels are a waste of money. I bought a boppy pillow and couldn't get it to work for me...

ThreeAandI I have tried peas, carrot, green beans, bananas, my son just spit them out or use his fingers to DESTROY them....haa haa. I will try those cheese sticks. Thank you.

ThreeAandI Yes, I tried giving my son those baby rice cracker and those gerber puff. He likes them. Thank you. I think he is just picky.

ThreeAandI wow...I never think about it this way. Very well said and inspiring. Very often we are too busy taking care of the children and neglect our spouse.

ThreeAandI Giving birth to a baby is a mother. But there are good mother and bad mother. Being a good loving mother require a woman to nurture, guide, support, love and care about their children.

ThreeAandI Sometimes, it isn't your choice to choose who do you want to live with. It is your parents' choice. But whoever you choose to live with, you still have time to visit the other parent during weekends or holiday.
