Hi, I ordered a kundalina yoga DVD for exercise purpose. Then I discovered a lot of scary and negative things about it on the net. Do any of you know about kundalina yoga? Do you think it is a safe practice? Thank you in advance.

I have tried peas, carrot, green beans, bananas, my son just spit them out or use his fingers to DESTROY them....haa haa. I will try those cheese sticks. Thank you.

Yes, I tried giving my son those baby rice cracker and those gerber puff. He likes them. Thank you. I think he is just picky.

After I had my daughter, I was still fine with my weight gain. Once I weaned her from breastfeeding, I just added a lot of weight afterward. Do you ladies have the same problems? What did you do to keep your weight undercontrol?...

My son is now 6 months old, I do get down close to my pre-pregnancy weight. However, it is just like what you said, the same weight but not the same size and shape. I still look big...weird?!!

You are lucky that you can get rid of the extra pounds so fast and keep it off. With my first child, I did a lot of workout but I never able to shrink back to my pre-pregnancy figure.
