What do you love to do when it's raining?

When it's raining outside I love to go to my sewing machine and make something, either for myself or someone else (also on snowy days). I also like to grab a book from my to read stack and head for my favorite chair and curl up and read. And sometimes, if it is not lightening and it is a gentle down pour, I grab my large (5' wide) umbrella and put on shoes I don't care if they get wet and just go for a walk in the rain. It is very refreshing and gives me time to think.

When it rains, I love to lay on my bed and listen to music, combined with the calming sound of the rain beating against the window. I love the smell of rain, too. I have satellite tv, and when a storm cloud is thick enough, my reception gets scratchy, so watching tv during a rain storm isn't always an option.

I love to go outside and walk in it if the hailstones are not too big. I cannot wait until the next rain because I want to see if my topless sandals will stay on in the rain. Maybe I should test them out in the shower, first, lol. If the rain is cold, then I would rather sit in a chair and look out the window at it, but if it is warm rain, I want to be in it.

I love lazy rainy days. I like to lounge around the house, pop in a good movie or curl up and read a good book.

When it is raining or it has a typhoon, I just stay at home and eat or sleep. But if get bored, it is either I watch a movie, listen to music, read a book, paint or simply go online. When it is cold brought by continuous rain, I am more into doing online programs because I feel so relax and in the mood.

Well what a pity that if I get up to find it is a raining day today.It play a bad role in my a bit sad feeling.I would go to work if it is needed.If not,I would like to stay at home ,sleeping all day without much foods,or watching TV,playing my PC.I don't like it,the raining day.

I just love to sit by the window and watch it drop. Sometimes, I would go out there and enjoy it falling on my body. Raining days are my favorite days.

Just have some hot coffee and snacks, watching television.

well in my case... i just net,.. or i eat ice cream or other food while watching tv... or cuddling in bed with my hubby... i like it when it rains... i love the weather... i love the cold feeling.. =)

When it is a gentle rain my hubby and I like to go for a walk. With big thunder and lightening storms we sit in our screened in porch or under the eves on the deck and take in the sights and sounds of it. The air always smells amazing during and shortly after a rainstorm...so we like to take advantage of it when we can be outside without getting too wet!

Sounds like a great plan! I like to curl up on the sofa and watch tv. I make myself a snack and just chill out! lol, I usually end up taking a nap!

I like to sleep and play games. As long as I'm at home and not outside, I'm fine. In fact, I hate the rainy weather because it will make me wet and yucky. In addition, it kinds of gives me a gloomy feeling. But its real nice to stay home and sleep in the lovely weather. It is more so, if you are in a hot weathered country.

i love to curl up in bed with a good book... LOL...and also watch DVDs with junk food and cold drinks...LOL... also i love to eat ice cream when it's cold... my friends find it very weird...LOL
