I assume you're talking about Blogger. Combing for spam blogs is an automated process, and sometimes blogs have false positives. These false positives are usually created when people are posting very frequently in one sitting. It's an accident when it happens to people who are genuine posters, but the system is there for a reason. There are a lot of bots out there that will generate sites using Blog*Spot, and the only way to keep up with the bots is to combat them with the spam detection bot.

Iam using blogspot.Iam just glad they straightened this out.I may not use it as much anymore especially if I post alot in there it is going to cause problems.

In all cases I've seen, the users' blogs weren't locked by mistake again. You should be fine publishing posts as much as you want now that they know you're not a bot. Be satisfied with your blog; you've been doing too much work with it just to give up on it. :)
