Which is good time for exercising

I think, morning is the best time for anyone to do their exercising. I have read this somewhere suggested by some doctor.
I also read that Walking is much better than Jogging for the exercisers who run in the morning for many reasons.

I usually work out after dinner while the kids are doing their chores. It is the best time of the day to do it. I workout 3 to 4 times a week. I think it is best for me to have a home gym because I can just go and do it. I have three kids so if I went to a gym I would need a babysitter and drive at least a half hour to get to it. Too much hassle. I can just do downstairs while they are busy and do my thing. I do cardio for my heart and yoga for relaxation. I have lost over 60 pounds in a year and feel great. Vicki
