After years of hiprocratic action and outrageous demands it appears that North Korea may finally be settling down. Both the U.S. and South Korea gave a overtly nice reaction to the north korea's nuclear negotiator for being straight-forward and not bringing up unrelevant issues. Unfortunately due to North Korea's isolution one can never tell whether they are finally sincere or whether it is just another tactic to obtain more consessions.

Warming up to what, taiguy? And as per "food tickets", I think the people of any nation are mostly responsible for the repeatative and senseless domestic decisions of their governments: Anyone who does not know that farming and cattling/ranching are the most sure occupations on earth, and would accept to allow any government to dictate agricultural processes is doomed!
Yes, I hear you very well! Thus, is the government going to kill everyone if the people refuse to comply with such nonsense impositions?
