Friday Evening--How Are You Spending It?

i'm probably going to be very alone, watching tv or surfing the 'net, because everyone i know is going out to get harry potter at midnight, haha!

I spent it at home. I was just so tried after work that I could drag myself out of the house even if I really wanted to. I might go out tonight though now that I fell better and well rested. Either way the weekend is still young and I look forward to what it has in store for me!

Last night after the high file of ironing clothes, we prefer to stay and have sometime together alone, i prefer our favortie vegies salad, with tuna sandwich then watch movies.

I'm staying at home. I'm going through emails and posting on my lot. Just for a little while longer though. I have to get to bed soon as I have to get back to work early in the morning. Tomorrow I'll probably just clean my house when I get home and maybe watch a movie with my husband tomorrow night.

It is now Saturday morning and I am doing what I did Friday night which is: trying to catch up on emails. I find I get more emails than I can keep up with. Boy when you have lots of friends on myLot you get lots of email. I will be gone until Monday night and I will be having more to try to find the time to read and answer. I might have to bite the bullet and delet them all and start over.

Well I am only 35 and you would think I was an old lady when I tell you what I am doing on my Friday evening. LOL My husband and I went and got something quick to eat. We came home and he is now in bed. I am on the computer trying to have some conversations and make a little bit of money. I am watching t.v. and typing away. Meanwhile the neighbors are lighting off bottle rockets and LOUD fireworks and I am getting annoyed. Come on it is after the 4th and it is 10:30 some people are trying to relax. Ok I am an old fart I know. It shouldn't bother me as I am not in bed, but the dog is on my lap and it is making it hard for me to type on here. LOL Hope everyone is having a nice Friday night.

Because I was out on the town both Wednesday and Thursday night, crawling in Friday morning at 2am I thought it best to have a night in last night (Friday) to catch up on all my emails and phonecalls, I had the house to myself so that in itself is luxury, and I was able to have quality time to myself!

We were gonna go watch the county fair parade and then go up to fair to see if I could win a cake. But nobody had any motivation.lol. So we stayed at home and ordered a pizza and sat and watched tv. We are going to the fair tomorrow.

LOL, it's saturday morning for me now. Well I left the computer to read with the girls while we waited for hubby to come home. He had to go to his father's house and fix his dryer. Then when he got home we watched Dr.Who together, played around, then went to bed. It was a fun night. Today we are going to get showered, dress and leave the house with no goals in mind and see where the day takes us. It's been years since we did this, but when we did, we use to have a blast. One time we ended up driving accross the state for a hamburgar, LOL.

My husband is overseas so its just my son and I. We spent our evening eating dinner and watching a family movie, then I jumped online for a bit and he played some games. Now he is fast asleep and I'm back on here again LOL

went shopping with my colleague because one of the departmental stores were having a sale. we were there since 6.30pm until 10pm haha..didn't even have our dinner or stop for anything to drink. we got some of the stuffs that we wanted and were so exhausted, so we headed back home to sleep. have a good weekend! ^_^

wee!friday is the most awaited day i guess. Me, im definitely a home buddy so i usually stay at home during friday nights. I love to spend the night with my family. Have a warm dinner and get to our usual doze of watching TV till' our eyes popped out. That would still be a great evening for me. :)

OMG I am going crazy with 6yr olds. My son is having a sleep over, the hubby left me here alone so he could go out and ride with his buddies. I wish they would all go to sleep now. It is finally getting quiet. I need a chill pill. 1/2 hour later Quiet.....I just love it.

Hubby will work until two a.m., and then drive a half hour home. I am up, and obviously on myLot. I may do some cooking or assembling of some cold salads so that we will have quick to fix food next week, when we both will be overworked again. Tomorrow, he does not know it, but I think that we will just play a bit, go swim, or go to the lake. I have a work contract to fulfill and he goes with me some. It involves changing out some decals. I have had today off, and stayed home almost all day. He left for work around 12:30. His job wants him for at least one hour of overtime daily. Thirteen hours will be a really long shift for him. I will leave him a bowl of icecream, and I will go on up to bed.

I'm spending it watching tv and on the computer. It's been a long, busy week at work. It's nice to be home and able to just relax. I think an early bedtime is in order for me too.

My daughter had a soccer game tonight and my husband is working nights. So me and the girls were at the soccer field - 10yo scored a goal and now with our new fangled digital camera we were able to get it on video to show Dad! It will be an early to bed night tonight as the girls have a soccer tournament tomorrow. First game is at 9am so we'll probably be getting up just has hubby is getting home from work.

Pile or cleanup everything including heart and beready for next two days of happy holiday enjoyments and family happenings.

I love Friday nights. I come home from work, tend to my pets, and spend most of the evening on the computer. It's my favorite night, the start of the weekend.
