I have lost a whole person or a whole small person. Oh no where did he/she go? Did they go for a walk and run a way, or did they go down the drain when I was not looking? No! I have been dieting for the last two years. I started Waightwatchers June 2005 with a friend and lost 66lbs and stoped then in January I started LA Weightloss and have now lost a total of 92lbs.
I have lost a teenager. I have had bad days and good days and I have put some back on but I have taken more off then put back on yayayaya.
I am so proud of myself I needed to tell all my frieds here on myLot.
I still have 66lbs to go. I have not been this little since my kids where little. I now weight less than my children and my husband. Wow that is a first. LOL
My older sister has always been the skinny one in the family and she has always thrown it up in my face, I have always been the fat one. Well I am only weigh 20lbs more than her. Pretty soon she will be the fat one for once. hahaha. Its about time she feels what it is like. I do love my sister but she is the prefect one the one who was mom and dad's favorite. Now she is getting a taste of life finally at the age of 50. Her weight is going up for the first time in her life.

Thanks, actually I think it crawled across the bed to my hubby and the two cats. LOL My cats have gained weight even though I have them on low fat cat food, and my hubby has put on weight. The only one who has not caught any of the weight is the dog. He is still 6lbs. LOL Weight on him will look bad. LOL

Hey, that is very cool. I am proud of you. We all feel better when we are able to do things for ourselves that we once thought were impossible. I am very happy for you and I hope to be the next one to lose. I will be losing a few people and not just a teenager.

I still have a child to go. I have 66lbs to go. I will loose him/her. I hope no one finds him or her. LOL
I feel losing weight is something you have to be ready for and I was never ready for before. I do not know what makes things different now. I guess now that there is no kids at home, I am not working, so I am home alone all day and have to worry about myself to feed and my hubby and me at night. He is not picky he eats what ever I cook. He likes veggies and salads, so he eats what ever I cook. yayaya

Oh congratulations that is terrific, I wish I could lose just a little around hips bottom and waist, as I don't want to lose much anywhere else, but I just can't get motivated and it is too cold to walk, I will get a little more motivated when the weather gets a bit better...so I say... well done friend I am proud of you...

It has not been easy, I have had lots of bad days and back sliding. Good luck. It is warm here so I have been able to swim almost everyday in our pool. We have our own pool. I live in California and we are sunny now.

I am looking forward to rubbing it in her face. I rub it in her face that she is fifty and has an 10 year old. LOL She started late with the kid thing, my twin and I have raised our kids and they are out on our own.
I find eating more fresh fruits and vegetables are what is working for me. I also can swim now that it is hot. We have a pool so I try to do laps. I wish I had someone to swim with I get board doing it alone. This week I did not swim like I should have, but I did move some steping stones, and can tomatoe sauce.
I feel canning my own veggies and fruit will also help. I have canned 14 pints and 3 quarts of tomato sauce, 10 pints of pickled green beans. The tomatoes my husband picked out of the fields which where free, and the green beans out of my tiney garden. I want to get some peaches and put them up in a light syrup make with splenda for this winter.

Wow you are my hero. You have done more than I have. Did you have a bipass surgery or are you doing it the old fashioned way like I am. Being obese no matter what way you loose wait I feel it is good that you are doing it.
I was worked up twice to have the bipass surgery and twice I got really sick. I feel God was telling me something. I will tell you somedays I think, oh lets try a third time, maybe the lap band will work for me. Now I just do not have the never, and I have so little to go.
When someone has over 100lbs to lose, it is discouraging, you think I cannot do that it is a lot of weight.
You have lost three people, a family I am so proud of you. You rock. Continue the great work, I know it is hard. MY husband and I are leaving today and going to Lake Tahoe so I hope I do not back slide to much. LOL

Iam sorry I was thinking you lost 300lbs not 200 so you only lost the husband and wife and not the child. LOL mom has not had the baby yet. Next year the baby will be born and out of the nest. LOL

Time will tell if I can keep it off. So far so good. I was 339lbs like I said I still have 66lbs to go to reach the goal my doctor wants me to meet. I have been obese for so long I still feel and think of myself of really really fat.
Thanks for the kind words

LA weightloss is the way for me or weight watches also works. You have your not smoking thing to do first. Get that batter won first before you worry about your 7lbs. I find doctors are not happy no matter what you do. LOL

Good on for you, it take a lot of hard work and commitment to do what you have done, and has that not opened a door that says i can do any thing I want to do. because you have just proved to not only us but the world. There never needs to be a time for you to say I can not do that. Any thing after this will be child's play. Go for it, the world is your, Well done

That is awesome. Congratulations on this. Doing it yourself is a big undertaking. I commend you for this. I had tried to do it myself but it just wasn't working. I had the Gastric Bypass in July 2005 and I have lost 156 lbs. so far. I would like to lose about 30 more. I feel so much better. I am alot happier. People I haven't seen in a while don't recognize me unless I talk to them first. I am finally the skinny one in my house. Never thought I would ever say that..I will look in the mirror and say, "is that really me" and I would get a big smile on my face and say, "yes, that is you, and you look fabulous." Congratulations again, and thank you for sharing your success with us.

Congrats on your weight loss. Are you having any problems since your surgery? It is not easy no matter what way you chose to lose weight. Stomache bypass is not an easy weight loss either. You keep going, miss skinny.
