smyers52000 That is a great idea. I to also gave up drinking diet soda and just started drinking water and I found that if I put mine in a big jug with lots of ice in in I drink at least one maybe even two a day. But watch out because you will go to the bathroom a lot...

smyers52000 I am totally with you on this one those commericals and they are stupid. I know people who have been on nutri system and yes you do lose the weight but they do not teach you haw to eat so when you stop the program you usually end up gaining all the weight back...
