Yes I do. My Mom raised me with the belief that I do not need anyone to intervene on my behalf in my prayers to Creator. She said I could chat anytime, anywhere...and that early spiritual awareness is something that has never left me. I pray whenever I think there is something I want or need to say..."Hello Creator...this is me...I just wanted to let you know that I am very grateful for the abundant amount of berries our fruit trees have this year."
Hello...me again...I am not sure how to proceed in the marketing of my manuscript..I have given it over to you in regard to outcome...but some sense of direction would be appreciated. Shall I contact publishers...or self-publish the first run?" For some that may not be 'prayer' in the ususal sense of the word..but it keeps my channels wide open to send and receive 24-7. If I reserved my prayer time to just before bed I might be asleep before I could go through my attitude of gratitudes for that day.
When I see someone on Mylot requesting prayer support..I stop take my hands off the keys and eyes away from the monitor and send them uncoditional light and love. Then I continue. Even though my Mom is flying around on her butterfly wings, I will always be grateful for the personal connection she established with Source from such an early age. She always said...If God knows when a sparrow falls...he will hear your prayers wherever you are. Just ask...and you shall receive....then she laughingly added...and one more thing dear child...'no' is still an answer..even if you don't like it. That was my Mom's approach to praying everday...and it sure works for me!
Lovely post again butterfly39..thanks.

I do not Pray in the usual manner. But I do constantly thank God for the blessings of this Life. I am not Christian, but rather, Spiritual. I gave up religion many years ago to study Spiritualism. Then I began to do Yoga, and learned to look within. To me prayer is a thankful communication with God, not a supplication.

on't have a set way to pray, and there is no pattern of times or rituals that I follow when I pray, I just pray when I have something to say to God or to ask of God. In this way I pray atleast once every day.

for as long as you talk to God and thank him for everything...it's a great job then.

Yes not only everyday but every moment that I feel like wanting to pray. Even when I'm doing something or in the middle of my work because praying doesn't necessary require a location or time or occassion or situation. Prayer is a very helpful tool in our daily lives.

I feel my bad luck that I am not regular in prayer routine. I was born in a religious family. My late father was a religious leader, but I found myself different than my father. Father was very strict, I wanted to escape and still I did not became regular. I miss the prayer time and become worried and say that was my badluck.

Yes friend. That's a very good discussion. Prayer is what we have got as christian to live our lives everyday. I pray everyday asking him for my needs as well as thank him for everything He (God) have been doing in my life. I also pray for others who are in pains that God should intervene in their situations because it is a very good thing for us praying for others most especially those who have not yet known Christ. Prayer is the only weapon we the Christians have. That's why Jesus said in the book of Luke 18:1 that men ought to pray and not to faint. Keep praying everyday for yourself as well as others too. Thanks and have a nice day.

I pray before and after i sleep. I pray before i start my work and after i finish it. I pray before i went out of the house and before i ride a vehicle. I also pray before i eat and every time i am feeling down and sick. I always find time to pray whenever it is possible or even i am busy. For me,it is very important coz it always makes me strong and calm. Thanks
