Have you ever spammed yourself?

I commonly create perl scripts and c programs to perform routine stuffs around work and home on my computer. I tend to have the error logging go ahead and email me if there is a problem. I also tend to have any important servers go ahead and email me if there is a system problem. Too often then not, though, there is a continual nagging from the script, program, or computer that ends up spamming me to know end. Since I am usually busy I tend to make an email filter that stores the messages in a seperate email folder (instead of actually fixing the problem). Anyone else ever run into this problem?
